Painted the inside of my van with EZ Liner.

Finally, I am adding to the van instead of pulling it apart! From just wanting to change the size of the bed to having to pull everything out.

I did a lot of research on insulation for the van and one YouTube video I watch (will link if I can find it) the guy was painting the whole outside of his van with truck bed liner. It looked great and he also mentioned that if the inside of his van wasn't already built he would use the low VOC bed liner on the inside as it is good for sound absorption and it seals out moisture and corrosion.

Bambi is a 1985 Dodge camper van and even before I found all the things needed to be fixed I wanted to coat her with a bed liner. I had already bought some EZ Liner before I even took the first screw out because I was going to coat at least the floor in a truck bed liner, as I knew I was ripping out the 30+-year-old carpet. I went with this brand because it was the only one that I could find that was closest to what the guy had used as I am in Canada and he was in America.

So finally after taking out a million screws and patching up a few rust spots, I painted the inside of my van and she looks awesome!

I used 2 EZ Liner Kits as I did the floor and the sides of the van. I did it with the brush it came with but I would highly recommend spray painting it on for faster application and more even coat. But I am still super happy with my results.

Next weekend I can start putting insulation in.

Check out my recommended products page for more items I have found useful. I am continually adding to it so be sure to check back often.

Happy Adventures and Safe Travels

Bambi ~ 1985 Dodge RAM E-250 Custom Camper Van

I was so very excited when I put a deposit on my very 1st Van at the beginning of September 2016. The Australian couple selling it where still holidaying in it so I had to wait until the 29th of September. Oh my goodness, I couldn't stop squealing! I straight away decided to her Bambi due to the giant picture of deer on one side of the van and a Moose on the other. Not too sure how I will go stealth parking in it as it is rather memorable. So  little more information about Bambi: She is a 1985 Dodge RAM E-250 Custom Camper Van. I can't tell you how happy I am that my first van is a Dodge! It came with everything you need for camping so I was hoping to take it out for weekend test runs but the winter in Vancouver was horrible so didn't end up going anywhere. The campervan was in a great condition, NO RUST, NO LEAKS, (the above mentions winter changed that) 18 foot long (5.5 meters), 120,000 km, Automatic Transmission, very good tires and bra
